Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email address.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items with the original tags attached, include the packing slip, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
